Securities Trading, Asset Servicing and Global Custody

MeesPierson (C.I.) Limited is able to offer Institutional and high net worth clients a comprehensive service for international securities.

We maintain an extensive network of sub-custodian Banks providing access to global securities.

Settlement

Instructions are communicated to our network of sub-custodians via SWIFT and other proprietary systems.

The Bank maintains direct relationships with fund administrators for Collective Investment Scheme holdings. This direct control enables bespoke arrangements to be made for our clients.

Corporate Actions

Our clients are notified of all types of events relating to their security holdings, including rights issues, bonus issues, stock splits, optional dividends and choices in relation to Collective Investment Scheme restructuring.

Investment Income processing

Dividends payable on equity shares and Collective Investment Schemes are appropriated to our client accounts promptly. Additionally, interest income and redemption payments on bonds are collected expeditiously.

A copy of the latest MeesPierson (C.I.) Limited Global Custody AAF01/06 report is available upon request. This is a recognised Assurance Report on internal controls, verified by our auditors.
